My Mummy Teacher is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website. We do not EVER, sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. It’s not the kind of thing we like doing. We’ve provided detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and how we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
What information do we collect about you?
Information about you when you contact us, sign up for our e-newsletter, purchase a product (order information) or engage us for our services. We also collect information when you complete voluntary surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

We collect information about you to fulfil any orders placed through the site, manage your enquiries, to provide our services, and, if you agree, to maintain contact with you in the future to update you about the services we provide, products we sell and information which we think may be of interest to you.

Types of Data we collect
Our website does not store any information that would allow us to identify individual users of this service without their permission. Analytics allow us to gather and store information about our website visitors behaviour. It has the ability to identify the users country and IP address but it does not store any information that would allow us to identify individual users of this service.
We use GoDaddy as our email provider and company email addresses are designated by the Company Director using GoDaddy. Email data and contents are stored in a GoDaddy data centre and may also be stored on company computers and employee smartphone devices. Our company equipment and devices are all encrypted with password protection and in cases of mobile phone devices that have email accounts; the device biometric security feature is in operation.
We use MailChimp to contact our e-mail subscribers and holds basic information such as first name, last name and email address, if provided by you at the time of signing up. By signing up to our mailing list, it means you are allowing us to send and store your contact information to MailChimp and within our MailChimp account. It also means that we can send you marketing emails directly from our Mailchimp account. Each time we send a marketing email to our subscribers, we are able to track interactions for email marketing and ad placement purposes.
We send you marketing information about our services, products and promotions. If you have consented to receive marketing you can always opt out at a later date. You can stop receiving marketing emails from us any time. To stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes you can do two things.
- When receiving a marketing email from Mailchimp; Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email and this will automatically update our mailing list.
- If you receive emails directly from us and would rather we just went away, please click here and notify us.
Access to your information
You can request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at the address on our Contact Page. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. You have a right to be forgotten and may ask us to delete personal information we hold on you by contacting us at email@example.com
